Course Overview

This entry-level program covers the essentials for safe freediving in a 3m deep pool. You’ll learn:

• How the body responds to freediving
• Breathing and relaxation techniques
• Pre-dive preparation and recovery breathing
• Equalisation and duck diving
• Buddy systems, safety, and basic rescue skills

Online theory is backed up by practical sessions so you can apply what you’ve learned straight away.
